About Us

As part of our mission at Phoenix Institute, we seek to use research to create innovative approaches to education that enhance the student experience not only for students at Phoenix Institute but also at other educational institutions and programs. In showing our commitment, we created the Phoenix Research Institute on three pillars:

Innovation

We attempt to evaluate problems from alternative viewpoints. By pushing the envelope of traditional education, we find creative solutions to problems

Research Projects

We constantly use research to evaluate program effectiveness and more. Our faculty engage in multiple short and long-term projects every academic year

Public Access

We believe that sharing enhances education for all and makes our findings public for others to review, implement and use in their practice.

Research is formalized curiosity, it is poking and prying with a purpose

Our History

Phoenix Research Institute is part of Phoenix Institute which is a small, student-focused college located in Northeast Georgia established on the heels of the COVID-19 pandemic and founded in 2021. Our organization is overseen by Phoenix Education Group, Inc’s Board of Trustees to ensure the proper, ethical, and fair application of educational programs that focus on student-centered outcomes.

Our Promise

We offer our research, data, and findings free of charge for others to use, evaluate, examine, and test within their own environments. All research is conducted with minimal risk to students, faculty, and staff for the effort of the evaluation of the effectiveness of our educational programs. Each project is overseen by its principle researcher/faculty/staff member with oversight from Phoenix Institute’s Office of the President. Any questions about our research can be directed to research@myphoenixinstitute.org
